When the client first took contact, she had recently changed locations of her business in hope of a better customer flow. She had been running a low-cost café in the locations she ran her wedding planner-business, and wanted to focus on developing her concept.

At the start of our cooperation, the market completely broke down as a consequence of COVID-19. As a self-employed small business owner, our client now urgently needed support to get through the period. Despite extraordinary times and multiple challenges, we helped our client through the period as best possible. Not only surviving but improving her market position.

Together we have designed a clear Café & Bar concept. Simple and welcoming, but with a touch of that Italian free spirit. The menu is based on simplicity, with coffee-drinks, cocktails & various Italian seasonable snacks. The concept have successfully re-opened the doors, and have shown an encouraging ongoing improvement since the turnaround project.
